1. Refund Policy
Soch Online Academy sells digital products (guides and lead lists) that are delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered. That said, we stand behind what we sell and will always make things right in the following cases:
When we will refund or replace
- You never received your product. If your guide or lead list wasn't delivered to your email and we can't successfully resend it, you'll receive a full refund.
- The file is defective. If your download is corrupted or unreadable and we can't provide a working replacement, you'll receive a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase. If you were charged twice for the same product, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
When we do not refund
- Change of mind after the product has been delivered.
- Purchasing the wrong product when the product description clearly stated what was included.
Lead list quality Your 100-lead spreadsheet is built and verified for your stated niche. If a significant portion of the contacts are invalid (bounced emails or clearly outside your stated target market), contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the affected leads.
How to request a refund Email us via the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; processing times depend on your payment provider.
