3. Shipping / Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital — nothing is physically shipped.

• Guides (PDF): delivered to your email address immediately after your order is confirmed. If you don't see the email within a few hours, check spam/promotions, then contact us with your order number.
• Done-for-you lead lists: each list is built and verified for your niche after purchase, so it is not instant. After your order is confirmed, we'll confirm your target market and deliver your spreadsheet by email. The preparation window is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.
• Wrong email at checkout? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we'll redirect delivery.

No shipping fees are ever charged, and no customs or duties apply.
